At JamsFab, our goal is simple: to provide reliable, high-quality stainless steel fabrication components with fast dispatch and honest service. We hold all our stock directly in our UK facility to ensure speedy processing and transit for professional fabricators and DIY builders across the United Kingdom.

Delivery Territories

We ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the UK.

Order Processing & Shipping Deadlines

To keep your workshop projects moving on schedule, we process shipments Monday through Friday.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 10:00 AM (GMT / London Time)

  • Handling & Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 10:00 AM are eligible for same-day processing and dispatch.

  • Transit & Delivery Time: 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on the weight tier and carrier choice selected at checkout.

 

Shipping Rates & Weight Tiers

All shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on total order weight and are displayed transparently on the checkout page before you enter your payment details.

  • 0.0 kg – 2.0 kg: £5.00 (Shipped via Royal Mail | 1–2 business days transit)

  • 2.1 kg – 4.9 kg: £7.50 (Shipped via Royal Mail 24 | 1–2 business days transit)

  • 5.0 kg – 9.9 kg: £11.50 (Shipped via UPS | 1–3 business days transit)

  • 15.1 kg – 25.0 kg: £18.50 (Shipped via UPS | 1–3 business days transit)

  • 25.1 kg and up: £26.00 (Shipped via UPS Courier | 1–4 business days transit)

If you are located in a remote region of the UK and cannot retrieve an automated shipping rate at checkout, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

  1. Order Confirmation: Instantly after placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your order number and full breakdown receipt.

  2. Shipment Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing a live tracking number.

  3. How to Track: You can use this tracking number directly on the carrier’s tracking portal to view real-time delivery status updates. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please email us with your order number.

If you do not see your confirmation emails within a few minutes of purchase, please check your email spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Order Cancellations & Verifications

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. To protect our customers, we reserve the right to securely validate payment details before dispatching components if our system detects a high risk of credit card fraud.

If an item is found to be accidentally mispriced or out of stock during processing, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will issue an immediate, full refund to your original payment method while notifying you via email.
