To keep your workshop projects moving on schedule, we process shipments Monday through Friday.

Please Note: Shipping rates apply uniformly across all standard UK delivery zones. If an order cannot be processed automatically at checkout due to a remote location restriction, please contact our support team immediately to receive a manual quote based on these exact weight tiers.
Order Tracking and Confirmation

Order Confirmation: Instantly after placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your order number and full breakdown receipt.

Shipment Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing a live tracking number.

If you do not see your confirmation emails within a few minutes of purchase, please check your email spam or junk folder before contacting us. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please email us with your order number.
Order Cancellations and Verifications We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. To protect our customers, we reserve the right to securely validate payment details before dispatching components if our system detects a high risk of credit card fraud.
If an item is found to be accidentally mispriced or out of stock during processing, we will cancel the order, issue an immediate, full refund to your original payment method, and notify you via email.
