Refund policy
At JamsFab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a transparent return process in full compliance with UK consumer laws and Google Merchant Center guidelines.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any request made after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unused and uninstalled.

In its original packaging.

Clean and free from any signs of wear, modification, or welding.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
3. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label along with explicit instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. Return Fees & Shipping Labels
Return costs depend entirely on the reason for the return:

Defective Products (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at sales@jamsfab.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs for valid defective claims.
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)
If you purchased an item by mistake or decide you no longer need it, you are responsible for covering the actual cost of the return shipping. We do not charge any restocking fees for change-of-mind returns.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Sale items / clearance items.

Gift cards.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate, new purchase for the correct item.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at sales@jamsfab.com.
